Booking Policies:

Standard:

• Payment: Full payment upfront.
• Cancellation:
  • Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival.
  • Full charge for cancellations within 5 days of arrival.
• Payment Methods: Credit Card & Bank Transfer (if booking at least 3 days in advance).
• For bookings within 5 days: Full and immediate payment required.

Open:

• Payment: No upfront payment required.
• Cancellation:
  • Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival.
  • Full charge for cancellations within 5 days of arrival.
• Payment Methods: Credit Card & Bank Transfer (if booking at least 3 days in advance).
• For bookings within 5 days: Full and immediate payment required.

Special:

• Payment: 50% upfront, remaining balance due 5 days before arrival.
• Cancellation:
  • 50% charge for cancellations after booking.
  • Full charge for cancellations within 5 days of arrival.
• Payment Methods: Credit Card & Bank Transfer (if booking at least 3 days in advance).
• For bookings within 5 days: Full and immediate payment required.

Non-Refundable:

• Payment: Full payment immediate upon booking.
• Cancellation: No refunds for cancellations at any time.
• Payment Methods: Credit Card & Bank Transfer (if booking at least 3 days in advance).

For families with young children:

• We are happy to welcome children!
• Children under 2 years old using a crib are subject to a €10 per night charge.
• A maximum of one extra bed can be added to the room for an additional €15 per night (breakfast not included).

While the studio is not covered by the complimentary connection, please inquire about alternative internet options at the front desk.

Hotel guests receive free private parking during their stay. No prior booking is necessary. Please note that this perk is exclusive to hotel room bookings and does not extend to studio apartment rentals.

No pets are permitted.

Check-in is between 3pm and 11:30pm. Early or late check-in may be possible for an additional fee.

Please note that check-out time is between 6:00 AM and 10:30 AM. We kindly ask that you adhere to this timeframe whenever possible. If you require a later check-out, please let us know in advance, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your request if possible.
